How quickly do orders ship?
Orders will normally ship within 2-3 business days of
order placement. Large bulk orders may take slightly longer.
How does shipping work?
We ship using FedEx. We offer Ground, 2 Day, and Overnight
Express options. Please see our Shipping
Info section for details.
Are there setup fees or quantity
requirements for the personalized items?
None whatsoever. We will customize your order to your
exact specifications at no additional charge, and you can
order as few as one.
How is the engraving done?
For glass, we primarily use the premier method of sandblasting.
We utilize laser engravers for wood, marble, and terra cotta
items, as well as for some glass orders. Please click here

Do I pick from your etched designs,
or can I make my own?
You can do either. We have created a number of unique
engraved designs that can be easily customized using the
order form inputs. Or, you are welcome to “start from
scratch” and create your own item…each department
has a “Make Your Own” item that allows you to
create a custom design for a glass, flute, chiller, or wine
stand.
Can I get anything that I want
engraved on a glass (or other item)?
Yes, we can etch any combination of text and art that
you desire. It is completely up to you.
How will I set up the engraving
that I want?
Ordering is easy and is accomplished through the pull
down and text entry windows for each item. If you would
like more detailed information on placing personalized orders,

Info page.
Can you engrave art?
Yes. Artwork is incorporated into many of our own designs,
and can be added to any designs that you create. We have
an entire library of clip art…some of the more popular
pieces can be viewed from the Engraving Info page. We can
also use art or logos that you supply. We can accept any
graphics file format. Black and white images work best,
although if you send us a color or grayscale image we will
manipulate it with our software to optimize the appearance
on glass.
How do I send you my own art or
logo?
Please just attach it to an email and send it to us
at info@TheTipsyGrape.com.
On the order form, you can mention in the instructions that
you have sent (or will be sending) us artwork. We will match
up your order with your emailed image, and we will then
follow your layout instructions to create your item.
What kind of glassware do you use?
We use only high quality glassware, and there is a difference.
We offer many different glassware options, which are described
in detail on the product page of each etched glass item.
Are there quantity discounts for
the engraved items?
Yes. Prices are as posted for each individual item.
There are no additional fees, costs, or charges. Quantity
discounts are posted for many items and are automatically
applied.
Do you do large orders?
Yes! We can do orders for weddings, businesses, groups,
parties, etc. We offer significant discounts for large orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can gift box your entire order for $8.95. Items
will be packed in glossy white gift boxes with red bows.
We will assume all items should be gift boxed together, unless you
contact us to specify otherwise. A gift note can be specified.
The option for gift wrapping is presented during checkout.
Sorry, we cannot do individual gift boxing on bulk orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if the order is being shipped to an address in
Nevada. In that case, Nevada state sales tax will be added
to your order.
What kinds of credit cards do you
accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
please contact us within two weeks of order receipt and
we will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund. All
merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original
packaging materials. For engraved items, we will immediately
replace (at no charge) any personalized item on which we
made an error. However, we cannot accept returns on personalized
items for any other reason, to include errors made by the
customer (such as a typo made by the customer when placing
the order). We will engrave what is on the order form, so
please proofread your order before you submit it!
Is my personal information that
I give you secure?
Absolutely. We will not share your information with
anyone. Please see our Privacy
Policy for additional information.
Are transactions through your site
secure?
Yes. We conduct our transactions through one of the
industry leaders in security and protection. All credit
card information is encrypted prior to transmission. Our
processor is one of the few that meets the high standards
of the Visa Cardholders Information Security Program (CISP).
Do you engrave other glass types
besides wine glasses and champagne flutes?
For other glass types, please visit our sister site
